How can I place an order?

We take requests by phone, fax,

forms directly from the same page.

What’s your minimum order?
Orders must include a minimum of five (5) copies
of each title.
How can I pay?
We accept valid institutional purchase orders, credit
cards, and checks.
What are your purchase order payment terms?
When possible,
we appreciate payment within 30 days, but recognize that schools and school districts have their own
internal policies and procedures to follow.
Who can place orders?
We accept orders from schools and school districts.
Where can I get pricing information?
Complete pricing information, including volume discounts
and Teacher’s Guide pricing, is available on the Products pages for your state.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
Orders of $100 and above: 10%
of the subtotal.
Orders under $100: $10
What about sales tax?
Orders must include a copy of your organization’s
sales tax exemption certification. All other orders will be charged any applicable sales tax.
Shipping
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, our carriers cannot deliver to P.O.
boxes. All orders must list a valid street address.
Damage or Returns
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Shipments should be checked immediately on receipt.
Please notify Comprehension Publishing of any damage within seven (7) days of receipt.
I need to return books, what do I do?
Please contact Comprehension Publishing for shipping
instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returned products must be
received within 30 days of the invoice date, in clean, saleable condition. Marked or stamped books
cannot be returned.
